Atria’s goal is to create a new and exciting investment and lifestyle opportunity for a booming public. It’s to create the ultimate opportunity for digital nomads. A public that faces many difficulties to create a real estate portfolio and security because of its lifestyle, at a system that lacks solutions for them. But the world keeps evolving and in recent times we are seeing more and more people dreaming about a new way of living, more flexible and free. At Atria we enable them to create their own real estate portfolio and stays in an easy, accessible and dedicated way while on the road. We are also creating a network of properties dedicated to work camps where not only single nomads can get together but also companies can perform work meetups and retreats – these camps can be company or theme related. We believe that this is a new frontier, a new exploring of networking and company and personal values, culture and experiences that we can generate. We are passionate about architecture and new possibilities, so the architecture and development of the properties will be focused on this future, to provide the services that this business model and public require. As a bonus, a collateral advantage of the model is that it also performs at the tourism market level, offering stays to an even broader public.

The technology
Atria NFTs is based upon polygon blockchain, created to empower and to be utilized within Atria’s international, accessible and borderless property investing project.
We utilize the ultimate generation blockchain technology dedicated to make investments accessible, transactions faster, operation costs lower, ownership transparent and legal.
Our real estate NFTs work just like any other NFT. They’re purchased using a cryptocurrency, in our platform case stablecoins (USDT), held in a digital wallet.
We mint our NFTs with the latest technology to represent real assets into the blockchain.
At Atria we use the FO tokenization method. Fractional ownership or FO tokenization offers a simple approach to the representation of real estate as NFTs. You can think of fractional ownership tokenization as a crowdfunding platform, which helps investors in buying shares. The fractional owners have a specific number of tokens representing their share in the asset. Profits are paid like any other kind of share-based investment.
